Sinopsis Movie

Berawal dari kehilangan Andien teman serumah dengan Renata. Semenjak acara pesta topeng, Andien menghilang. Sampai beberapa hari kemudian Andien pulang. Renata mulai berangsur tenang dan bahagia. Renata mengajak Andien untuk ikut sebuah pesta lagi. Di pesta itu Andien dan Renata berkenalan dengan Dicky, Andra, Pay dan Reno mengajak Andien dan Renata untuk berlibur kesebuah villa milik kakeknya Andra. Dan mereka pun setuju.

Sebelum ke villa mereka harus melewati hutan-hutan dan air terjun. Villa yang cukup tua membuat Renata merasa aneh dan mengajak Andien untuk menginap di hotel. Tapi Andien memastikan Renata untuk sekali-sekali menginap ditempat seperti ini nggak ada salahnya. Justru di air terjun ini, satu per satu dari mereka tewas mengenaskan. Hanya Renata, Andra dan Dicky yang selamat dengan bantuan orang lain dan mereka di bawa kekantor polisi untuk meminta bantuan mencari teman-temannya yang hilang dihutan Sesampai dirumah Renata, Dicky yang awalnya ingin menemani Renata ternyata mulai diteror. Lalu Dicky menghilang. Renata yang mendapat kabar kalau Andien masih hidup langsung antusias mencari keberadaannya hingga kesebuah rumah kosong. Tapi yang ditemukan Renata sesosok Dicky yang sudah terikat dan ada luka yang berdarah diwajahnya seperti dipukul benda keras.

Saw 3D mempertunjukkan Ryan (Jon Cor) dan Brad (Sebastian Pigott) yang terikat sedemikian rupa ke meja kerja mereka. Orang-orang yang berkerumun mulanya bertanya-tanya apa yang terjadi, tetapi saat tersadar, mereka tetap tidak bisa berbuat apa-apa selain menjerit penuh kengerian melihat salah seorang dari pemuda itu terbelah oleh mesin pemotong otomatis.

Kedua kisah tersebut tentu saling berkaitan, karena film horor Saw 3D menunjukkan peristiwa mengerikan tersebut sebagai imbas dari perbuatan masing-masing di belakang hari. Setiap orang yang menjadi korban Jigsaw atau Jhon (Tobin Bell), selalu memiliki latar kesalahan yang ditebus dengan mengorbankan bagian tubuh mereka sendiri ataupun orang lain. Ini sebuah permainan, sebagaimana setiap korban tersebut sebelumnya telah mempermainkan hak milik orang lain.
